The Smoothie Machine is an automated beverage dispensing system operated by Smart Beverage Solutions B.V.. We provide:

Machine leasing and sales — automated smoothie, protein shake, and iced coffee machines for commercial venues.

Frozen cup supply — regular delivery of pre-portioned frozen smoothie cups in a variety of flavours.

Maintenance and support — technical support, servicing, and remote monitoring of installed machines.

All services are subject to availability and separate commercial agreements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or to enter into any commercial agreement with us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Smart Beverage Solutions B.V. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "SmoothieMachine" name, logo, and related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of Smart Beverage Solutions B.V..
